Shampoo & Conditioner Tip & Trick
If there is one thing that us Greer’s use and use up heavily is Shampoo and Conditioner. The kids seem to find it entertaining to quickly use up both of these things in one sitting. I always end up using more of one or the other somehow and I’m pretty sure it’s a household conspiracy – like finding one sock in the dryer and never finding it’s match. Either way I’ve figured out a great tip and trick I wanted to share with y’all for those half empty bottles of Shampoo and Conditioner.
What you do is save an empty milk jug, juice jug or a container like that (an old LARGE bottle of shampoo and conditioner that has been empty) and if possible keep around a pump to insert into it. There are a couple tips and tricks to this and make sure not to mix up the shampoo and condition into one container. Keep them separate.
1. It’ll take awhile but turn the shampoo and/or conditioner upside down into a fall that is placed inside the container. Let each bottle drain into it. Keep doing this until the jug has finally filled. It’ll be a mixture of shampoo and/or conditioner (brand and type wise) but a great way to store up each and not let the extra little bit go to waste.
2. Do the same thing as above but this one you can mix. Voila a bubble bath for you or the kids. Mix it up before use by shaking it. As long as you or your kids have no allergies to any of these, no problem!
3. Again do the same thing as state above without mixing and you can use the shampoo as a bubble bath for you or the kids yourself.
Either way – save that little bit of shampoo and conditioner. You paid for it – ALL!

WOW, what a great idea for the shampoo and conditioner! I have two teenagers, one is a drama queen girl and other a boy. I swear they wash their whole body with the stuff because they go through it like water. Thanks for the great tip!
Very clever. I know that if I do not ration the bath stuff, Princess Persistent will use a whole bottle in the tub.
