Graphics Today SCAM – Sports Scam Update #5
In the first post about the sports scam I told you how it happened and how these people will scam you. Updates, 2, 3 and 4 all brought more victims forward and how they were scammed and the new “website” these scammers were cloaking themselves under. What I haven’t brought to you was the information regarding this “company”. And unfortunately a new victim has come forward and his story is the same as the others. They smoothed talked their way into stealing one thousand dollars of his monies for flyer’s that would NEVER show up.
First off let me show you the screen shot once again of what this “website” looks like. They change the address but never the look so if you fall upon a site that looks like the image below, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Now the scamming company operates under the name Graphics Today. They have NO direct website and if you search them out you run across scam reports, bad ratings with the BBB and numerous rip off reports that have been noted. They have been reported to operate out of Montana and Lake Forest, California. But again – no direct website or contact information can readily be found. You can find information here about one report to the BBB. Here is the information for the Graphics Today out of Lake Forest through the BBB in Los Angeles and read all the complaints filed against them here.(Which you should take the time to read as the stories are all exactly the same and so are the responses)
It is highly frustrating that such a company exists and are still able to operate and scam people out of money so readily. The best I can do on my part at this point is keep you aware and apprised of new sites etc that they continue to operate under. The best you can do is stop at nothing. Contact whomever will listen! The attorney general, the website that they contacted you from, the police, write a rip off report, contact The Consumerist, report them on the BBB website and whatever else you can find that will bring more awareness to this company. Always remember you DO NOT pay for a job it pays you!
REMEMBER GRAPHICS TODAY IS A SCAM AND OPERATES UNDER THE ABOVE “WEBSITES”.

They got me under Superior Designs for $2,880 and are offering to refund me half of the cost of the customized bookmarks, so a deal at $1,440. When my guy, Chris, was going through the verbal contract he said, “Do you understand that Superior Design will charge your credit card 28-80 for 12,000 internet bookmarks at 24 cents each,” I interrupted him and made him verify that it was for $28.80. He agreed and then told me we would have to re-record the contract because I can only answer yes or no. Additionally they are claiming that the bookmarks are customized, which also is not the case. The bookmarks are blank and came with a letter suggesting that I invest in a stamp to put my id code on each bookmark before distributing them.
Unfortunately the story is all the same and I currently have a dispute open with American Express. I will let you know the outcome of the dispute, right now the best case scenario looks like I will have to settle for $1,440.
PS- The contract also says that the deposit is non-refundable unless you work for six consecutive months and generate at least $90 in earnings each month and in that case you will receive a 100% refund. This target goal seems impossible to reach if the site is a scam. At this point I almost would be happy to pay $540 to cover my $90 a month for 6 months instead of the full $2,880 or even $1,440.
So ridiculous and frustrating thank you for more information though and I am so sorry you are having to go through this.
