Rubbermaid Review & Giveaway*closed*

Gifts For Foodies, Gifts For Her, Gifts For Him, Giveaways, Reviews — By Brittany on December 9, 2009 at 1:48 pm

Waste not, want not is what my mother has always taught me. Leftovers can be a hot commodity in our house. Along with fruits, vegetables and many, many other things. We save (wash and store away) all plastic containers in this house. We have one cabinet just for lids to our plastic containers. It’s quite ridiculous and frightening sight to add to it.

rubbermaidRubbermaid allowed me to review (and giveaway) the products from a family of Easy Find Lids!

rubbermaid 20pc set

Let me tell you about this product family line and then I will tell you how I felt about them and how you can win some to put under your Christmas tree! (The information below was sent to me by Rubbermaid):

1) Lids snap to the bases so that they are always easy to find

rubbermaid how to 1*Note – Produce Saver tray even snaps to the lid before it stores !

2) Lids snap to each other, so you can stack multiple lid & containers together

rubbermaid how to 23) One lid fits multiple bases, so it is more efficient to store and nest. Don’t worry, it doesn’t mean you get less lids. It just means the 3 cup lid fits the 3 cup container, the 5 cup container AND the 7 cup container so you have less lids to try to put on before you find the right one.

WHAT I THOUGHT:

First of all the organization is great. I need about 5 more of these 20 piece sets and I can do away with one cabinet being devoted to lids and two cabinets taking up space from saving empty butter, sour cream, peanut butter and various other plastic bins. I can put them in the garage and let Brent do with them as he wishes. I love the snap together feature of them all keeping them all neat, tidy and in one place. The Produce Saver not only saves my produce but my life. I’m so sick of throwing out veggies, lettuce etc after a day because they go brown, slimy and nasty! These are amazing products and if you have anyone in the family dying for organization in the kitchen check these out for sure!

WIN IT:

Your Own 20 piece set!

Because I want to be able to have one lucky winner able to wrap these up and put them under your tree in time for Christmas we are going to make this a quick giveaway! This giveaway will end Saturday, December 12th @ Midnight PST. I will pull one lucky winner first thing Sunday morning!

HOW:
