Spaghetti Sauce
Recipes — By Brittany on November 16, 2009 at 1:00 amI have made spaghetti sauce from scratch before and it’s an all day task. I use the same recipe for Braciole. Yes…I actually cook on occasion. HA! Either way, I have found the spaghetti sauce from scratch is a truly daunting task. So I’ve learned to take spaghetti sauce already made and make it my own.
How To:
Your Choice Spaghetti Sauce in Jar or Can
Can of Diced Tomatoes
Can of Tomato Sauce
Can of Tomato Paste
McCormick Italian Seasoning
Red Cooking Wine
McCormick Salad Supreme
Garlic Salt
Salt
Pepper
Rosemary
All I do is add all these ingredients together (sometimes I add fresh tomatoes instead of diced) and let it simmer for about three hours. And voila — kicked up spaghetti sauce.
Some day I will actually get down my own recipe for the Braciole and Homemade Sauce…but that’s another day!

I use mostly ground tomatoes in mine. This sounds good though.
