Greer Five Nacho Recipe
I don’t make anything fancy dancy. I’m a simple and quick cook. This nacho recipe my Mom originally taught me. I’ve improvised since to a taste our family loves.
Ingredients (Main)
1-2 lbs of Hamburger Meat — I go for super greasy. It’s flavorful. Preferably 80/20 ratio.
Jar Of Pace Picante — You can go with salsa or picante. We prefer picante and not a large jar.
1 Package of Taco Bell Seasoning
1 Can Taco Bell Refried Beans
Tortilla Chips
Shredded Cheese
Directions
Brown meat. We leave the grease in the meat. Add jar of pace picante sauce. Add about 2 -3 tablespoons of the taco bell seasoning. Let simmer for about 10 minutes. Then add can of beans into meat mixture. Let that simmer for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile make a layer of tortilla chips on cookie shit or a oven safe pan. Pour meat / bean mixture of chips. Top with cheese. Stick in the oven for about 20 minutes on about 300 degrees.
Done.
Now you can add salsa, sour cream, guacamole, tomatoes, lettuce, green onions, jalapenos etc to the top afterward. Do it to your liking.

That actually sounds really good but I have never known what the difference is between salsa and picante. It bugs me that I don’t know.
